Lifecycle Marketing Strategist

The Role

We’re always on the lookout for experienced lifecycle marketing strategists to join our roster of fractional consultants. You’ll work directly with our clients—often embedded into their team—to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable retention and revenue.
 

What You’ll Do

• Audit and improve customer journeys across lifecycle touchpoints.
• Develop and execute channel strategies (email, SMS, push).
• Partner with designers, copywriters, and tech specialists to bring campaigns to life.
• Implement testing frameworks to continually optimize lifecycle channel performance.
• Measure performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate seamlessly with client teams in an embedded, fractional capacity.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
• Proficiency with tools like Iterable, Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills—able to turn data into actionable next steps.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Comfort working in a flexible, project-based/fractional environment.
