Head of Marketing

I'm looking for a Head of Marketing for Spark Hire.

Are you an accomplished Product Marketer looking to take the next step to lead marketing at a profitable SaaS company?

We’ve intentionally held off on hiring this role for most of the year, and for good reason.

Over the last ~18 months, we’ve merged three companies into one unified brand and built a hiring platform that keeps the human touch in recruiting.

Now, the foundation is solid. The product is proven. The team is ready.

The Head of Marketing at Spark Hire is a strategic executor who can lead a talented team across content, growth, design, and product marketing.

Someone who can craft a story that resonates, drive campaigns that convert, and ensure marketing is a direct engine for pipeline.

You will have full ownership, cross-functional influence, and the chance to make a visible impact on Spark Hire’s next stage of growth.
