you’ll work closely with founders, turning ideas, experiments, and thinking into content people actually care about.

what you’ll own:
↳ founder-led content
↳ story-led ads (that don’t feel like ads)
↳ end to end video (idea → shoot → edit → publish)
↳ building repeatable formats + content style
↳ distribution across platforms

what we’re looking for:
↳ strong storytelling
↳ proven video experience
↳ ability to move fast with quality
↳ solid shoot + edit skills

salary: ₹30–35L + equity 💰
location: HSR (BLR), in-person 📍

high ownership role, you’ll eventually lead content + distribution (hiring via Rightfit) 🏛️
