Future Days is hiring 🩵

We're looking for a Head of Communications to steward the voice of Future Days and its next chapter: a person who moves fluidly between writing, design, strategy, PR, and impact without losing the thread.

This is a 1-year contract role with a strong likelihood of annual renewal based on performance, and a clear career path to join as a Partner. We're flexible on how hours are structured across the week and open to a conversation. We'd rather find the right person and adapt than fit everyone into the same box.

We're looking for someone with the capacity to build and lead a communications infrastructure across social media (newsletter, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn), community engagement, PR, and media, and eventually grow and manage the team around it. You won't just manage but also shape the voice, the vision, and the results.

We're looking for someone with... 👀

• The ability to craft compelling narratives and tell meaningful stories in a strategic way
• A sharp instinct for connecting communication to impact and measurable results
• PR experience - you know how to get the story out and land it well!
• A strong visual sensibility (hands-on design skills are a high plus)
• Confidence leading projects, managing collaborators, and working with international partners
