I'm hiring LinkedIn strategists.
Someone to lead interviews with busy executives and turn them into a GTM strategy and positioning-led content that turns their authority into pipeline.
At Thoughtful, we write for the founders and senior leaders of complex, growth-stage B2B companies. We get to work in technical fields, with real expertise, and genuinely interesting people.
As a GTM strategist, you'd manage the client relationship, the strategy, the content engine, and the RevOps that turns content into pipeline. You'll be in charge of briefing a writer. You don't write the posts. You own the outcome.
What's in it for you:
- A documented system with SOPs and tools behind you
- Fully remote - work to your own schedule
- A flat monthly retainer of $1,056 USD per account, scaling as you take on more clients
- A senior, client-owning seat — we're looking for judgment and expertise in this role
- Referral fees (5% ongoing) and expansion fees when you help us grow
The person I'm looking for lives by four things:
- You're thoughtful. You show up with empathy for your team and clients. You're deeply trustworthy. You communicate directly, but gently, and you make choices that benefit everyone involved.
- You take ownership. Work is done to a high standard, and outcomes are generated without anyone chasing you. We own our work end to end.
- You pay attention to details. It's about the small things: typos gone, file names correct. The back of the fence is painted as nicely as the front.
- You overcommunicate. Everything is shared proactively and exhaustively, even when it feels unnecessary. (We say "OC" a lot.)
