Okay, say a new search term shows up in our Google Ads account. Ten minutes later there's a landing page live for it, built with Claude and our MCP. No brief, no dev ticket, no designer. Just you.
That's the job. You'd own the whole path from ad click to paying customer - offers, CRO, lifecycle, media buying - and build all of it yourself with AI.
The old way needed a marketer and a developer. Now it's one person who actually builds.
The playground: €10M+ ARR, ~40 ads a week, paid as our main engine. Your tests get real traffic and you see what works fast. You'd work with our CMO Niels Klement and get room to ship pretty much whatever you want.

About the role
This role is the first of its kind here. One person owning the whole path from ad click to upgrade. Most people run the project over three weeks ‘because the ticket is still in progress’. Your job is to make that excuse disappear.
Brief to live in hours. Tests running while you sleep. Media buying on systems you built instead of a routine you dread.
It's a marketer, a developer and an analyst rolled into one human who builds with AI by default. If that sounds like too much, it probably is. If it sounds fun, keep reading

What you'll be doing
Own offers & funnels. Offer pages, checkouts, landing experiences, built end-to-end with AI, shipped fast. You own the testing roadmap from click to conversion and you live for moving that number.
Build the machines. Skills, agents, n8n workflows for the boring stuff (audits, reporting, lead-flow glue), plus AI pipelines that pump out creative variations. You don't just use AI, you build with it.
Run lifecycle & in-app monetization. Email sequences, in-app upsells, trial nurture flows. The quiet stuff that turns trials into paying customers.
Run media buying. Google Ads hands-on, Meta alongside the paid team, and you keep automating until humans only handle the exceptions.
Who you are
You've done growth or performance marketing where paid was the main engine, and you've got the conversion numbers to prove it.
You've shipped funnel pages yourself, no dev required.
You've run real Meta and Google Ads budgets, not strategy decks about them.
You've built AI automations that actually run in production and killed off manual work.
You're proactive to a fault, obsessed with numbers and users, and you move fast.
