Olivine is looking for a part-time freelance Growth Marketer to spearhead and contribute to key client projects.
This presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of accomplished product marketers, project managers, and designers while gaining exposure to diverse brands, industries, and projects. As a Growth Marketing Lead, you'll closely collaborate with our team and client stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and beyond. Your role will involve leading strategic initiatives, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing data to drive growth for our clients.
The Growth Marketing Lead position is ideal for someone who has honed their expertise in growth marketing within scaling startups or established companies and is now seeking a dynamic freelance opportunity. As a Growth Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of growth strategies in collaboration with our team and client stakeholders.
- Conducting data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Utilizing A/B testing and experimentation to refine strategies and drive performance.
- Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create compelling assets and content that resonate with target audiences.
What will you be doing?
As a Growth Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of growth strategies in collaboration with our team and client stakeholders.
- Conducting data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, AIO/GEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Utilizing A/B testing and experimentation to refine strategies and drive performance.
- Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create compelling assets and content that resonate with target audiences.
What skills/traits do I need?
- Proven track record of driving growth for B2B Tech companies through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, with hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
- Bonus points if you are comfortable with Zoom, Asana, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets, Loom, Miro, and Slack.
What experience do I need?
We're looking for candidates with:
- 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven success in driving growth for B2B SaaS companies, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
How can we work together?
- Most projects require a commitment of 10-20 hours per week with some needing as few as 5 and as much as 40.
- Your working hours will be flexible, but you should be available for team and client meetings during weekdays in EST time zone.
- You’ll have support from our CEO and operations team to make sure you’re set up for success starting with your first client project.
