I'm hiring growth marketers!
If you want to work with the fastest-growing newsletter-focused creators and media brands, here's why this is for you:
We hire entrepreneurial folks who like to learn fast and have an impact.
✅ 2 of our employees have started newsletters with 100k+ subscribers.
✅ 3 more have built 7-figure businesses after working at GrowLetter.
And our company has only been around for ~3 years.
I'm looking for marketers and/or creator-types who are obsessed with:
- Copywriting, CRO, persuasion
- Meta ads, media buying, and ad creative
- Newsletters, email marketing, design, and UGC
You don't need to have deep experience with all these things. But you need the passion to learn and build new skills fast.
If you have agency experience, that's a plus.
If you have experience with Meta ads and creative, that's important, but not required.
If you have inspirations to build your own newsletter / media business and want to work/learn from the best -- this is for you.
P.S. If you know someone who's a good fit, we pay a $1k referral fee for PT hires and $2k for FT hires.

TLDR:
This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of managing ads and making ads. You’ll need a deep understanding of the Meta ad platform, creative skills to make awesome ads, and copywriting expertise to know what makes people click and convert.
You'll also get to work directly with a variety of clients. From 8-figure media companies, newsletters with 3M+ subscribers, famous creators, and best selling authors.
Why You Should Work At GrowLetter
1. We’re a growth marketing agency for media companies and creators (think businesses like Morning Brew and The Hustle or creators like Codie Sanchez or James Clear).
2. We’re new. About 3 years old. But we have grown over 500% in the last 12 months and our clients include the largest and fastest growing newsletters, media companies, and creators.
3. Our first client The Milk Road grew to 250,000+ subscribers and sold for millions of dollars in 10 months. The marketing we did for them drove 80%+ of their subscriber growth.
5. We move fast. This makes some people uncomfortable. But for us, moving fast and getting results is fun as hell and addicting.
6. We like freedom and winning. We work remotely and asynchronously. We don’t do unnecessary meetings. We don’t micromanage. We take time off. We also strive to be the best at what we do, and we expect everyone we work with to do the same.
What You'll Do At GrowLetter (Job Description)
Our core service is using Facebook and LinkedIn ads to get our clients more newsletter subscribers and customers for their courses, memberships, and subscriptions.
Your job is to improve ad performance. To drive more subscribers and customers, at lower cost.
You’ll do this by:
(1) Creating and testing ad creative
You’ll write copy (short and long form).
Create images, gifs, memes, and simple videos (with tools like Canva and Kapwing and with the help of a creative team).
Test your ad creatives on Facebook and TikTok with the goal of lower client CPAs.
Here’s some examples of the types of videos and images you’ll be making.
We also have a copywriter, video editor, and designer who you'll work with to make ad creative.
(2) Work with creators and actors to make video ads
We have a small network of creators who make UGC video ads for our clients.
You’ll be creating scripts and instructions for these creators to make video ads.
You’ll also help find more creators and actors for us to work with.
(3) Ad campaign construction and maintenance
You’ll learn the GrowLetter Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for building campaigns to specifications and managing them.
Take direction and translate it into properly set up campaigns.
Maintain knowledge of (ever-changing) paid media tools for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used in delivering results for clients.
You’ll make sure spending is on pace with our client's budget and make daily adjustments to ad campaigns to improve performance.
(4) Paid media analysis and reports
You'll need complete understanding of the Facebook Ads Manager. Competency in Google ads, TikTok ads, and Twitter ads is a BIG bonus. Mastery of interpreting the data and relating it to the customer journey. Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and bring them to team's attention.
Contribute to broader marketing strategy and make client recommendations. HIGH reliability and attention to the campaigns under your management.
You should be able to distill complex ideas and data into clear, easy-to-understand reports for both your team and clients.
Attention to detail. The smallest changes to ad campaigns and ad creative can make HUGE difference in the results.
(5) Client and team communication
You'll be the primary contact for the GrowLetter clients you're assigned to.
Timely and clear communication is key. You'll need to answer client questions, manage expectations, and do some client meetings.
Most communication is done over slack. Some clients require biweekly meetings but not all.
