I'm hiring a growth marketer for Wynter.
This is a cool opp for marketers because you get
1) a differentiated product to promote,
2) a founder who gets marketing,
3) all the autonomy you can handle.
The job: find and scale the channels that drive (more) demos and signups.
You’ll have freedom to test ideas and direct access to the founder (me). No layers. No waiting for permission.
Requirement: You’ve owned growth at a small SaaS company of our size ($5m to $10M) before.
Wynter is bootstrapped, profitable. We don't overwork people, no working on the weekends. All remote, team gets together twice a year.
Next meetup will be on the beach in Mexico early November. You might still be able to make that one.
Note that I added pre-screener questions to the applications to weed out all the lazy folks who outsource all of their thinking to AI bots.
