I'm hiring a growth marketer for Wynter.

This is a cool opp for marketers because you get

1) a differentiated product to promote,
2) a founder who gets marketing,
3) all the autonomy you can handle.

The job: find and scale the channels that drive (more) demos and signups.

You’ll have freedom to test ideas and direct access to the founder (me). No layers. No waiting for permission.

Requirement: You’ve owned growth at a small SaaS company of our size ($5m to $10M) before.

Wynter is bootstrapped, profitable. We don't overwork people, no working on the weekends. All remote, team gets together twice a year.

Next meetup will be on the beach in Mexico early November. You might still be able to make that one.

Wynter is a B2B market research tool, a two-sided marketplace. We help SaaS companies understand how their brand and messaging are perceived in the market, and what their target customers think and want.

Marketing leaders use Wynter to run ICP surveys, message tests, and do brand tracking. Wynter is 17-person strong today.

*We’re looking for a growth marketer who makes things move.*

Your job: find and scale the channels that drive demos, signups, and event sales.

You’ll have freedom to test ideas and direct access to the founder. No layers. No waiting for permission.

What you’ll do

  • Design and run growth experiments across paid, ABM, partnerships, and content distribution.
  • Turn our research data and brand insights into demand-gen campaigns that get attention.
  • Drive attendance and ticket sales for Spryng, our conference for B2B marketers.
  • Continuously track what moves the numbers - CAC, pipeline, and demo volume, and double down fast.

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve owned growth at a small SaaS company before. You can point to numbers you moved.
  • You think in systems and growth loops, not one-off tactics.
  • You’ve run experiments with budget, tracked metrics in detail, and know when to kill an idea.
  • You can get creative with limited resources and still find leverage. You’re never out of ideas.
  • You know B2B, understand brand-to-demand, and are curious about marketing measurement.

What success looks like

  • Qualified demo volume and app signups are rising month after month.
  • Paid and ABM channels have consistent positive ROI.
  • We are consistently getting in front of our ICPs, increasing brand awareness and preference.
  • Spryng (our B2B SaaS event) tickets sell out because of your campaigns.
  • You generate insights that shape how Wynter markets itself.
