SecureW2 is a cybersecurity startup that helps organizations move toward a passwordless, certificate-based future for network security. We’ve grown rapidly thanks to organic, inbound interest in our truly innovative approach and message we’re bringing to market. You will supercharge that organic engine by owning the SEO content strategy that drives web leads, scales outbounding content, and delivers on-brand campaign content.
That means translating complex security concepts into narratives that resonate with CISOs, IT admins, and network security teams. It also means enabling sales, channel, and customer success with materials they can actually use to win and expand accounts.
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a strategist but knows success depends on airtight content operations. You will manage a team that owns our organic growth strategy, creates the high-velocity workflows to deliver on it, and constantly iterates and problem solves to reach your goals.
The Role:
Organic Web Lead Growth
- Develop a deep knowledge of customers’ pain points & create genuinely useful, audience-first content
- Own SEO topic cluster strategy across our core GTM themes, scaling net-new content and refreshes
Optimize content and track performance for AI Overviews and LLM-first search (AEO) without losing site of first principles - Work with contractors to develop video and multimedia assets optimized for SERP performance, as well as human and AI-driven discovery (e.g., YouTube transcripts, image alt-text, structured snippets).
Implement internal linking, schema markup, and CRO best practices across our pages - Track performance obsessively and optimize using A/B testing frameworks via GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Hockeystack, Visual Web Optimizer, & SFDC. Connect traffic to MQLs to revenue.
GTM & Outbound Support
- Partner across the growth team to map content to outbound plays, verticals, and buying stages
- Create high-impact assets for de-anon workflows, retargeting journeys, and post-click personalization
Write enablement content that drives success for BDRs and AEs: 1-pagers, app notes, white papers
Campaign Content
- Work with the demand gen team to create high-converting ad copy across channels
- Create full-funnel email nurtures and outbounding sequences
- Collaborate with product marketing and demand gen to test and perfect messaging across paid media and landing pages
Create a scalable system for tailoring content by ICP, stage, and deal type
Content Operations & Measurement
- Own the content calendar and manage workflows to consistently hit necessary cadences
Build a high-velocity engine for content creation, editorial/technical review, and publishing - Design and maintain agentic and AI-powered workflows to speed delivery, including tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, plus connectors like Zapier and n8n.
- Implement editing processes to ensure brand voice consistency, as well as prevent hallucination and slop from AI-generated outputs.
Report regularly on organic web lead performance versus goals
What Success Looks Like
- Sustained growth in traffic, conversion, pipeline, and revenue tied to marketing impact
Experience Required
- Honed demonstrable excellence in writing and editing, plus coaching teams to deliver the same
3 to 7 years in content marketing for B2B software/SaaS, preferably in the Cybersecurity, Cloud & Networking, Software Engineering or DevOps industries.
Deep mastery of GenAI, with strong opinions about its uses, potential, and limitations - Proven background in growing organic web leads through SEO strategy and conversion content
- Track record of fruitful collaborations with Customer Success and Account Executive teams
- Created campaign assets: ad copy, nurture sequences, landing pages, and more
- Experience creating content that drives and enables enterprise sales in B2B SaaS
Strong analytics hygiene: UTMs, content tagging, assisted opp attribution
