About the Role

We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer (1–3 years of experience) to create engaging digital assets across marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, websites, and other brand touchpoints. You'll work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into compelling visuals while maintaining a consistent brand identity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting with new design trends and AI tools, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, YouTube Thumbnails, and marketing materials.
   
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines.
   
• Maintain consistency across all creative assets and templates.
   
• Collaborate with the marketing team and incorporate feedback effectively.
   
• Present design ideas and explain creative decisions when required.
   
• Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and AI-powered design tools.
   
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
   
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design execution.
   
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
   
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
   
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
   
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

Our Interview Process : 

We would like to help you minimise your time and effort. There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1 week time.
