The Global Content Management Lead is responsible for shaping, developing, optimizing, and innovating all content that powers our career transition and career mobility user experiences. This role ensures our global audience—across countries, cultures, and languages—receives relevant, modern, and impactful learning experiences that accelerate career outcomes. The ideal candidate blends creative vision, data‑driven decision making, exceptional project management, and deep expertise in learning experience design for adult learners.

  • •Introduce innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies—including AI—to modernize content development, accelerate production, ensure translation/localization, and personalize the learner journey.
  • Apply deep knowledge of learning experience design for adult learners to create and elevate multimodal learning solutions.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on content strategy, digital asset management, and global learning design best practices.

Typical Day

  • Review content performance data to identify opportunities for enhancement, retirement, or expansion.
  • Oversee the development, QA, and publication of new learning materials across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Product and UX teams to refine content architecture, flows, and user experience touchpoints.
  • Manage translation and localization workflows using a mix of AI tools, external vendors, and regional contributors.
  • Lead project workstreams from concept through deployment, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Troubleshoot content issues, resolve bottlenecks, improve processes, and ensure governance across the global content ecosystem.
  • Explore emerging technologies and methodologies to determine their applicability to the learning experience roadmap.

Required Experience

  • Industry: 7+ years in content strategy/operations, instructional design/LXD, digital learning, or adjacent roles; experience in global, multilingual environments strongly preferred.
  • Leading and Development experience
  • Industry knowledge around career transition and mobility
  • Strong MS office skills especially with project plans, slides etc.
  • Strong cross border collaboration
  • Content Knowledge: Deep understanding of Career Transition and Career Mobility solutions
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
