We’re looking for someone truly crypto-native (gosh, I hate this word, but it’s the only one that truly captures this requirement). Having a journalistic background and being curious by nature would be a huge plus.

PR Writer

Global Ledger is looking for a high-caliber writer to serve as the voice of our leadership and the narrator of our data. This isn't a role for a generalist; we need someone who can translate complex on-chain intelligence into authoritative discourse. 

Responsibilities

• Executive Ghostwriting: Crafting high-impact Op-Eds, expert commentary, and LinkedIn thought-leadership posts. 

• On-Chain Storytelling: Writing investigative pieces and social media content based on raw on-chain intelligence and security breach reports.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Transforming complex datasets provided by our analysts into structured, readable reports.

• Press Releases: Drafting PRs tailored to specific journalistic beats according to technical assignments.

• Speechwriting: Creating scripts and talking points for global conferences and industry events on demand.

Requirements

• Crypto Native: An absolute, non-negotiable understanding of the industry, its driving forces, and the underpinning technology. 5+ years in the industry is a must. 

• Multi-Format Mastery: A proven track record of working with diverse text formats, including lengthy blog posts, expert commentaries, Op-Eds, press releases, and punchy social media content.

• Native English: Flawless written English with the ability to adopt a sophisticated executive tone.

• Journalistic instinct: A background in journalism is highly preferred

• Complex to Simple: A proven ability to work with big datasets and a knack for turning dense technical topics into digestible, compelling information.
