Position summary

What we do

We grow our clients' personal brands and profits via LinkedIn, using a combination of content and outreach.

We are looking for a ghostwriter to join our team and start writing LinkedIn posts for our clients. For context, our clients are typically B2B founders and executives.

Some legacy clients also have email newsletters but this is rare.

Mission of the role

Write thoughtful, high quality LinkedIn posts that grow our clients’ personal brands and businesses, in the tone of voice of the client in question.

Outcomes & responsibilities

• Hit weekly deadlines for client work (we’ll start you with a few clients and scale up)
• Generate unique and interesting content angles and ideas
• Write each post following Media CoLab’s process and make any edits following client feedback

Time, compensation, & logistics

Time

• This is a Contractor position.
• You will start with few clients and can build up to 30-40 hours per week.
• As long as you hit deadlines you can write whenever you want. However you will need to be available to communicate through Slack from 1-5pm GMT Monday to Friday.

Compensation

• Variable depending on experience.

Logistics

• This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere as long as your setup is professional.
