Job Title: Freelance Writer & Content Curator

Type: Freelance (~10 hrs/week)
About the Role:
TGR is looking for a freelance writer and content curator to help keep tetongravity.com fresh, current, and dialed into the world of action sports and outdoor culture. You’ll write quick-hit articles, surface trending stories and clips, and help manage the daily flow of content across ski, snowboard, bike, surf, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Write short-form stories, news hits, and original features
- Curate viral videos, photos, and content worth sharing
- Publish directly in our CMS (WordPress)
- Track trends across the action sports world
- Help keep the editorial calendar moving
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong writing and editing skills
- A solid handle on ski, snowboard, bike, surf, and outdoor culture
- Experience with digital publishing (WordPress preferred)
- Solid understanding of SEO and social media trends
- Someone who’s proactive, independent, and collaborative
- Experience managing digital video assets and optimizing visibility (especially YouTube)
