Freelance Writer

Announcement: we're hiring for a new writer. Since we've started, we've written 1,000+ viral memes and bangers. We need to scale that even higher.

This role is special. You'll get to interview some of the greatest founders on the planet, ask them about their business, and create S-tier content that sells their product.

You're a great fit for this role if you:

- Abhor AI slop
- Spend too much time on LinkedIn / X
- Are a top 1% writer despite AI, not solely because of it
- Love chatting with the most bleeding edge founders out there
- Create content that gets noticed by the right people, at the right time, and generates pipeline

You'll be working directly with me to make this happen.

This is a part-time role with full opportunity to scale to full-time. There are plenty of founders out there who need what we're offering at Napa. Now, more than ever.

About us: our company works with founders (building dev tools, finance companies, payroll providers, hiring platforms, and productivity tools - from seed stage to unicorns) to post thought leadership, hot takes, memes, and advice across LinkedIn and X.

How you fit in: a typical week is working with clients to take their voice notes, Slack messages, half-thought-out bulleted lists, existing podcast recordings, blog posts, etc. and turn them into 3-5 thoughtful and engaging social posts per week. Sometimes you'll help write blog posts, newsletters, and longer-form content as well.

About the role:

• You can work from anywhere in the world
• This is a freelance/contractor role
• You can choose your hours & workload (part-time or full-time are okay with us)
• It's not necessary, but it's a huge plus if you're technical and/or can quickly understand technical concepts (especially those in and around SaaS)
