Looking for a: Freelance Travel & Hospitality Writer (SEO & GEO Focus)

We are a boutique hospitality group managing a collection of unique properties across Indonesia—from Bali and Gili Trawangan to Raja Ampat, North Sulawesi, and beyond, including a liveaboard experience. Many of our locations are set in some of the world’s most renowned diving destinations.

We are looking for a talented freelance writer with an exceptional command of written English (native-level fluency preferred) to join us on an ongoing basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting inspiring, informative content about travel, nature, diving, sustainability, and culture—and who understands how to create content that performs well in both search engines and AI-driven platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Write 3–4 high-quality blog articles per month (~1,000 words each)
• Create engaging, SEO- and GEO-optimized content
• Suggest content ideas and angles based on trends and destinations
• Occasionally support with newsletters, website copy, and marketing materials

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in travel, hospitality, diving, and/or sustainability content
• Writes with clarity, personality, and a strong sense of storytelling
• Understands SEO (and ideally GEO) best practices
• Is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
