Freelance Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager — part-time, remote, freelance — but before we say more, here's who this is for, because it's a particular fit.
Women Travel Leaders is a membership community for women leading experiential and purpose-driven travel businesses. We grow slowly and intentionally — through relationships, referrals, and genuinely valuable content, not volume or follower counts. Our social presence exists to warm the right people toward our world and onto our mailing list, not to chase engagement or go viral.
So this role is for someone who:
— Writes in a warm, personal, unhurried voice and finds aggressive sales CTAs a little exhausting
— Understands LinkedIn as much as Instagram, and knows the difference between reach and resonance
— Is comfortable posting less, but better — a steady, high-quality cadence over a daily content treadmill
— Thinks in terms of funnels and relationships: how a post moves someone toward subscribing, replying, or applying
This is probably not the right fit if your work is built on going viral, rapid follower growth, or high-volume posting. That's good work — it's just not ours.
