  • Surface community insights, recurring questions, and sentiment trends to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm shifts, emerging content formats, and engagement norms.

Additional Responsibilities, Based on Experience

  • Analyze social media performance data and create comprehensive, actionable monthly, quarterly, and campaign reports.
  • Train and optimize social listening queues.
  • Analyze social listening data to provide content and engagement recommendations.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple brands, voices, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn required. Facebook, X, and Threads preferred.
  • Previous use of a social media management tool such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or a similar platform.
  • Strong understanding of platform engagement behaviors.
  • Skilled in using AI tools (i.e., Copilot or ChatGPT) for research, voice guidance, proofreading, content ideation, etc., when needed.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, and brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear communication and reliable follow‑through.

Preferred Experience & Skills
