I'm hiring a copywriter, and I'd rather describe the job honestly than dress it up.
It's social-first. Hooks, angles, scripts, not headlines you sit with for a week. It's performance, so your work gets judged by a number. Worth knowing whether you love that or hate it before you apply.
It's also a regulated space, which means compliance reads every line. The writers who do well here treat that as a constraint to write against, not a wall to complain about.
Paid social, UGC briefs a creator can actually shoot, concepting at volume.
Three to five years of it. Pay is mid-level and I'd rather say so now. Remote, full-time or contract.
If that's you, DM me. If it's someone you know, send them my way.
