👉 Strong technical SEO - this is the main thing we're hiring for.

👉 You've done a site migration before, including 301 redirects, without losing rankings.

👉 You know Framer's CMS well: category and tag pages, plus unique meta and schema on every post. We've built most of this already.

👉 You understand how AI search finds and cites content.

👉 You can migrate around 100 blog posts and cleanly and set up a process we can repeat.

👉 You document your decisions and show us how you've set it up.
