Freelance Senior Copywriter

Avalere Health is seeking a US-Based Freelance Senior Copywriter with experience in devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare. This is a project-based, three-month contract position.

We are looking for a talented Freelance Senior Copywriter to join our team. If you are a seasoned writer passionate about healthcare communication and skilled at translating complex information into clear, compelling copy, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:
- Medical device experience is preferred, but we are also interested in strong writers from pharmaceutical, biotech, or broader healthcare backgrounds.
- Ability to tell powerful health stories and understand the nuances of regulated industries.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are a senior-level copywriter with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Have experience writing for medical devices, pharma, biotech, or health and wellness.
- Understand the landscape of regulated healthcare marketing, including FDA guidelines and fair balance.
- Can write across various formats, including print, digital, video scripts, sales aids, and patient education content.
- Are comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines without extensive guidance.
- Can collaborate effectively with art directors, account teams, and medical/regulatory reviewers.
