Role: You’re working primarily on our clients' Google Search and LinkedIn Ads accounts, coordinating creative and copy, and setting up and managing accounts based on our frameworks and processes.
2️⃣ GTM Engineer
Role: You’re working on orchestrating GTM for our clients, from creating Miro strategy boards to setting up Clay workbooks and maintaining automations end-to-end.
3️⃣ Founder-Led Content Writer
Role: You’re working on our clients’ content, primarily for LinkedIn, usually for the Founder or CEO’s personal profile. You need to have experience writing and getting great results on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and lead paid search strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their overall goals and objectives
- Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct paid search audits to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' existing campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and continuously optimize campaigns for enhanced performance
- Collaborate closely with our Creative Digital Designer to design and launch landing pages that support our paid search efforts, or provide recommendations for improving existing landing pages for clients
- Collaborate closely with our Content team to craft copy for ad campaigns, ensuring messaging is aligned with the client's brand and objectives
- Manage client budgets, making informed recommendations for budget adjustments based on expertise and analysis of campaign performance metrics
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign performance and discover new opportunities
- Communicate with clients’ point of contact (PoC) and set the right expectations every step of the way
- Attend bi-weekly catch-ups with clients and clearly communicate progress, roadblocks, and opportunities moving forward
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an agency setting, managing paid search campaigns and demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results for clients
- Experience managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, handling budgets over $10K in monthly ad spend, and leading strategy and execution for these clients
- Strong collaboration skills for working with Client Success, Content, and SEO teams to create integrated strategies that drive results
- Experience with web analytics providers such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Monday, and G Suite products (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Experience using video recording tools such as Loom to create walkthroughs and provide visual feedback to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication of ideas and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects on a daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Native or near-native English literacy is required, and knowledge of additional languages beyond English is a plus, as it can be an asset when working with international clients or managing multilingual campaigns.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with SaaS companies
- Familiarity with building landing pages using tools such as Unbounce or Instapage
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and setting up complex alerts in Google Analytics
- Proficiency in using advanced functions in Google Sheets, like ImportXML and VLOOKUP, to provide data-driven answers efficiently
- Experience with automation tools, scripts, and data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau for streamlining campaign management and reporting
