This project involves developing pharmaceutical sales training content focused on rheumatology and psoriatic arthritis. Freelance Medical Writer

Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) Ecosystem Training Module

Logan Elite is seeking an experienced freelance medical writer to develop a highly interactive pharmaceutical sales training module focused on the psoriatic arthritis (PsA) treatment ecosystem.

Project Overview

The selected writer will create a 30–35 minute eLearning module for pharmaceutical sales representatives that explores how PsA patients are identified, referred, treated, and managed across multiple sites of care, including:

• Community Rheumatology Practices
• Dermatology Practices
• Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
• Academic Medical Centers

The module will examine:

• Clinical priorities and treatment decision drivers
• Referral dynamics and stakeholder roles
• Access and reimbursement considerations
• Operational workflows
• Commercial opportunities and challenges

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a senior-level writer who can:

• Translate complex medical and operational concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Independently research and fully annotate references
• Suggest creative ideas for learner interactivity
• Write in a concise, commercially relevant style for pharmaceutical field teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical writing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical education
• Experience developing sales training storyboards or eLearning scripts
• Strong knowledge of rheumatology, dermatology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas
• Ability to provide fully annotated references
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis
• Launch training experience
• Knowledge of access and reimbursement workflows
• Medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) awareness

Deliverables

• Fully written storyboard/script
