Freelance Journalist / Managing Editor

We’re hiring. Two roles. Initially contract / freelance part time and we are a fully remote team.

1️⃣ Digital Marketing Executive (Execution-focused)
This role sits within our marketing team under our Head of Marketing.
We already have the strategy. We need someone who can execute it properly.
You’ll be:
– Scheduling and deploying campaigns
– Supporting launches
– Implementing paid + organic plans
– Managing email + social rollout
– Tracking performance
You don’t need to be the strategist.

You need to be organised, proactive and commercially aware.
This would suit someone with 1–3 years’ experience who wants to learn inside a fast-moving events + media business.

2️⃣ Journalist / Managing Editor (Entry-Level / Early Career)
This would suit someone passionate about the social media and creator industry, potentially just out of university.

You’ll be:
– Writing industry news
– Interviewing marketers
– Supporting editorial planning
– Helping shape our fast growing media platform: The Sauce

You must genuinely care about this space. If you’re obsessed with how social platforms evolve, campaign strategy, creator economy shifts, It’s industry media.

Both roles are ideally UK-based as we do like to work on the same time zone / meet occassionally.
