Freelance Journalist and Content Creator

My team at La Alianza, a news program of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, is looking for a freelance journalist and content creator who will be responsible for delivering a package that includes: one news article and a social media asset that could be either a short-form video or an image carousel.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong experience writing in Spanish for digital platforms
• A solid understanding of solutions-oriented journalism and community-centered storytelling
• Understanding of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram's audience dynamics and social media trends
• Familiarity with domestic worker and immigrant communities
• A commitment to social justice and equity
