OFFBEAT Association is looking for an experienced Freelance Grant Hunter & Proposal Writer to support our fundraising efforts.

We are seeking someone who can:
• Identify relevant local and international funding opportunities.
• Research donors, foundations, and grant programs.
• Write high-quality, competitive grant proposals.
• Assist with concept notes, budgets, and required documentation.
• Meet deadlines and work independently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in grant hunting and proposal writing.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Experience with NGOs and donor-funded projects.
• Track record of successful grant applications is a plus.

This is a freelance, project-based opportunity with flexible remote work.
