Freelance Food and Travel Writer

Calling all food and travel writers! I'm looking for writers that have travelled far and wide in the pursuit of a particular ingredient. Who have gone right to the source of where that particular food stuff or ingredient was made: everything from Parmesan to Kimchi, Kobe beef to a particular type of hot sauce and many more in between.
