I'm specifically looking for people who:
• Have strong knowledge of MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, etc.
• Stay up to date with fights, athletes, news and trends
• Are forward-thinking and bring ideas to the team proactively
• Can take the lead creatively instead of waiting for direction
• Have a strong eye for content, storytelling and campaigns
• Competent and previous experience with Klaviyo
• Able to provide reports with relevant metrics and ideas for growth
