The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us as a freelance consultant. You’ll lead digital marketing initiatives for both our clients and our own brand, helping drive measurable growth and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has a strategic mindset but loves getting hands-on
- Is passionate about performance, analytics, and experimentation
- Enjoys working with emerging tools, platforms, and trends

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Lead client-facing digital marketing transformation projects
- Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and distribute content across digital formats: social media, email, blogs, video
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations
- Support SEO, SEM, and website optimisation efforts
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and developers to deliver impactful campaigns

What You Bring

- Proven experience in digital marketing (agency, consultancy, or in-house)
- Strong skills in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Zoho CRM
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results independently
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
- Comfort with tech tools and a love for learning new ones
- A good sense of humour and a no-nonsense attitude
