I’m currently looking for two freelance creatives to support on a high-volume digital and performance social project for a leading brand.

1️⃣ Senior Freelance Digital & Performance Social Designer
Looking for a highly experienced designer who understands how to build scalable, high-performing social creative.
Key requirements:
• Strong motion and social-first design skills (Adobe Suite + After Effects)
• Experience working with creative automation / DCO workflows
• Ability to design modular assets and template systems for large-scale campaign rollouts
• Deep understanding of platform-native formats and performance-led creative
• Portfolio that demonstrates DTC / performance marketing thinking

2️⃣ Freelance Digital Creative / Performance Social Writer
Seeking a writer who can translate big brand campaign ideas into high-performing social content.
Key requirements:
• Proven experience writing performance-led social scripts and concepts
• Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks and conversion-focused narratives
• Comfortable working within high-volume, modular content systems
• Strong understanding of platform-native storytelling across TikTok, Meta and YouTube
• Experience collaborating closely with designers/editors on visual-first social content
