On is looking for a digital-first freelance copywriter to join our Global Copy team. If you’re energised by innovation, obsessed with detail, and excited to help shape the voice of the world’s fastest-growing performance brand — this is for you.

What you’ll do:
- Write sharp digital copy across email, landing pages, paid marketing, and web.
- Collaborate with CRM, E-commerce, and Digital teams to drive engagement and conversion.
- Elevate and protect On’s tone of voice across every touchpoint.
- Review and refine content with precision and consistency.
- Optimise copy using A/B testing and performance insights.
- Explore new tools — including AI — to push creativity and efficiency forward.

What we’re looking for:
- A seasoned digital copywriter with experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear e-commerce.
- A storyteller with a digital-native mindset and flawless attention to detail.
- Curious, collaborative, and confident working at pace.
- Exceptional grammar, editing, and communication skills.
