Hiring: Freelance Creative Strategist + Content Creator

Looking for a highly creative, self-sufficient freelancer who can help grow a consumer brand through strong social content and performance-driven creative.

What I’m looking for:

• Scroll-stopping reels and short-form video

• Strong hooks and founder-content direction

• Elevated graphics/carousels

• Ability to independently concept, film, edit, and deliver content

• Someone who already has their own editing tools/workflow and does not need heavy oversight or hand-holding

• A strong understanding of content that drives sales, engagement, shares, saves, and audience growth — not just content for the sake of posting

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, fast-moving, resourceful, and able to execute once given creative direction.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with consumer/CPG or pet brands

• Strong instincts for TikTok + Instagram

• Experience creating founder-led content

• Portfolio with examples of high-performing organic or paid social content
