Freelance Copywriter

We’re looking for another freelance copywriter to work with us on an ongoing basis at Theirworld.

Theirworld is a global education charity working to ensure every child has the best start in life, access to a safe place to learn and develops the skills they’ll need to thrive. We work with partners around the world. Our communications span advocacy, fundraising and thought leadership.

We need additional support creating new content across a wide range of formats, from web pages and brochures to emails, reports, briefings, social media and case studies.

We’d also like you to review content written by others, making sure it’s clear, on-brand and aligned with our house style.

A key part of the task will be keeping our house style documentation up to date, ensuring any changes made in one key place (for example, our annual report) are reflected across other core brand touchpoints, such as our website.

It could be a good fit if you:
·     Can offer 4 - 6 days per month
·     Are a stickler for detail
·     Care deeply about high-quality writing, including inclusive language
·     Have experience maintaining a brand voice
·     Have worked in the non-profit sector
·     Are comfortable adapting your tone for different audiences; from speaking to a TikTok creator to creating a report for our trustees
