Freelance Content Writer

Join Our Content Roster! We are looking for writers, content creators, and creative freelancers to join our roster and have some upcoming projects we would love to partner on!

This role is a great fit for someone who is adaptable, dependable, and able to take initiative while helping create clear, polished, and engaging content. Bonus if you have experience in development and direct mail writing.

PROJECT SCOPE:
✍ Write and edit a variety of content, which may include blog posts, website copy, newsletters, social posts, emails, and internal materials.
🗒️ Help shape ideas into clear, polished, audience-friendly content.
✍ Draft content that reflects each client’s voice, tone, and goals.
🗒️ Revise and refine existing copy for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
✍ Support content planning, including outlines, brainstorms, and editorial calendars.
🗒️ Research topics, industries, and trends to support content development.
✍ Proofread materials and catch grammar, style, and formatting issues.
🗒️ Collaborate to incorporate feedback and keep projects moving.
✍ Organize drafts, documents, and content files with care and consistency.
🗒️ Help keep deadlines on track and communicate proactively about status updates.
✍ Anticipate content needs and flag gaps, ideas, or opportunities when appropriate.

Must have: Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree, and/or equivalent experience (1 to 4 years++ of experience in writing, content creation, editorial work, marketing, communications, or a related role).

This is perfect for someone looking for freelance work or a side gig, someone with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Able to write clearly (independent of AI writing tools), professionally, and with attention to tone and audience. Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
