If you live and breathe internet culture, know your way around a pitch deck, and have a sharp eye for emerging creators, we want to hear from you. This is not for full-time roles—just a way to raise your hand for project-based work that may come up throughout the year. Think: creator strategy campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Location: Remote, but LA or NYC preferred | Freelance | Project-based

Wasserman is a global marketing and talent management company where cultural fluency meets strategic excellence. Our Creator team builds some of the most iconic, creator-first brand campaigns in the industry—and we’re looking to expand our freelance talent pool for upcoming projects throughout the year.

If you’re a Creator Strategist who thrives at the intersection of internet culture, storytelling, and digital trends, we want to hear from you. Whether you’re between gigs or looking to take on select projects, this is a space to raise your hand for future freelance opportunities with our team.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build smart, scroll-stopping creator strategies across platforms
  • Translate cultural trends into actionable campaign concepts
  • Identify and pitch creators who can authentically carry brand stories
  • Write inspiring creative briefs that balance voice, vibe, and vision
  • Create decks that clearly communicate strategic and creative thinking
  • Monitor platform shifts, audience behaviors, and creator evolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams across creative, accounts, and talent
  • Provide POVs on what’s working—and where we should experiment next


YOU BRING

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in creator partnerships, creative strategy, digital strategy, or a related role
  • Sharp instinct for culture and what makes creators connect
  • Proven deck-building and storytelling skills
  • A POV on platform trends, and the data fluency to back it up
  • Strong writing voice, adaptable across clients and tone
  • Hands-on experience working with creators, whether in-house, agency, or brand side


BONUS IF YOU…

  • Are tapped into both micro and macro creator ecosystems
  • Create content or manage online communities yourself
  • Have agency experience working on national brand camapigns
  • Are obsessed with the intersection of entertainment, internet, and identity
