Freelance Content and Community Assistant

JOB OPPORTUNITY
I'm looking for a freelance Content & Community Assistant to work alongside me.

I've been working with a brand in the pet space for the past 18 months and we've reached the point where it's time to scale things up.
You'll be working alongside me on a brand with a lot of personality and character, so there's a ton of scope to be creative and try new things.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to build their portfolio, have full ownership and a lot of freedom in how they work.

Longer term, if the setup works well, there's also the opportunity to support additional brands too.

This isn't a strategy role. It's hands-on execution and creative delivery.
The role will involve things like:
• Planning and scheduling social content
• Repurposing UGC into engaging assets
• Building email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Supporting community management
• Helping source creators and partnerships
• Keeping content calendars organised and moving

I'm looking for someone who:
✓ Has 1-3 years' experience (agency, in-house or freelance)
✓ Is comfortable with platforms like Canva, Klaviyo and CapCut
✓ Has an interest in D2C and consumer brands
✓ Is highly organised, proactive and enjoys getting stuck in

Initially, this will be around 12-15 hours per week, with plenty of room to grow over time.

UK-based and freelance.
Daily/hourly rates can be discussed depending on experience.
