Freelance Community and Engagement Manager

I'm on the hunt for a freelance Community & Engagement Manager to support our social media team at The Travel Corporation 👀

This person will help manage and grow the communities behind Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Costsaver across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. They'll respond to travellers, conduct daily proactive engagement, moderate groups, support customer care and help us build stronger relationships with our audiences every day.

We're looking for someone who:
✈️ Lives and breathes social media
💬 Loves building communities and sparking conversations
📱 Understands platform culture across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
🎯 Has experience in community management, engagement and social customer care
🛠️ Ideally has experience using Sprout Social

This is a flexible freelance role with adaptable working hours, making it ideal for someone balancing other freelance projects, family commitments or portfolio work.
