Associate/freelance bid writers

Executive Compass is seeking expressions of interest from experienced UK-based associate bid writers to support us with future tender writing projects.

This is the first time Executive Compass has explored associate bid writing support, so we are taking a selective approach. We are looking for reliable, commercially aware and deadline-focused associates who can work within our established templates, structured bid processes and quality standards.

We are particularly interested in hearing from bid writers with demonstrable experience in managing and writing full bids, rather than isolated sections only. Experience across SMEs and larger organisations would both be relevant.

Sector experience in one or more of the following areas would be especially useful:

• Public sector tenders

• Construction

• Facilities management

• Social care

• Social value responses

• Framework submissions

• SQs, ITTs and mini-competitions
