Fractional B2B Marketing Manager (senior) £48-65k

Location: Remote with easy access to London once a fortnight

Commitment: 1.5 day per week

Contract: Part-time contract (30-day notice period)

Salary: £48,000–£65,000 FTE, paid pro-rata for a 1-day-per-week role

Beyond FMCG, we're building iconic challenger brands across Beauty, Luxury, Film, and more working with big challengers like Tony’s Chocolonely and emerging hot startups like Seep. From customer insights and brand strategy to campaign planning and comms strategy, our team tackles a wide range of briefs.

We’re now looking for a Senior Manager to join the team initially 1.5 days per week managing a mix of hospitality & wellness based businesses. This is a senior-level delivery and leadership role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into results, managing a small team to deliver best in class marketing execution.

You will...

  • Lead the development and delivery of our partner brand’s B2B marketing strategy collaborating closely with other marketers, founders commercial teams and agencies to ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities and revenue goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email/CRM, social media, partnerships, events, founder-led content and paid media.
  • Own and manage key projects from briefing to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and with strong attention to detail.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, confidently managing feedback, priorities, and multiple moving workstreams.
  • Support the development of compelling brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with both B2B and consumer audiences.
  • Translate customer insight, commercial priorities, and market understanding into effective marketing plans and execution.
  • Manage and mentor a small specialist team, including social/CRM support and external paid media partners, to ensure high-quality execution and accountability.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.

You’ll have...

  • 6+ years of experience in growth, performance or generalist B2B marketing roles ideally within start-ups
  • Proven experience delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns and projects from idea through to execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence collaborating across multiple teams, managing feedback, and aligning different priorities.
  • Experience working closely with founders, commercial teams, or sales teams and understanding how marketing contributes to pipeline growth and commercial performance.
  • A strong understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to translate insight into effective marketing activity, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or specialist external partners.
  • Strong understanding of channels including LinkedIn, email/CRM, social media, partnerships, founder-led content, and paid media.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills across both brand and commercial marketing.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity back to business impact.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and someone who thrives on bringing clarity, momentum, and energy to growing brands.

This is a part-time, remote based role that will require you to be within easy access of London. There is an expectation that you will be available for client or internal in person meetings a minimum of twice a month.
