About Small Giants

Small Giants is a media company documenting the journey of building ambitious businesses and meaningful careers. Our mission is simple: To become the place where founders, operators and ambitious professionals go to learn, grow and build. Through content, founder stories, business insights, technology and practical education, we are building a modern media company for entrepreneurs. Over the next two months, our goal is to publish more than 200 pieces of content across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn while building the foundations of a long-term media business.

We are looking for our first team member.

The Role

We are hiring a Content & Growth Associate to work directly with the founder to build the content engine behind Small Giants. This is not a traditional social media role. You will help develop content strategy, manage content production, identify trends, leverage AI tools, build systems and help transform ideas into content that reaches thousands of founders and professionals globally.

You will have a front-row seat to the launch of a modern media company.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Content Strategy

• Help develop and refine Small Giants' content strategy
• Identify high-performing content themes and trends
• Research relevant topics across entrepreneurship, technology, AI, business, media and global affairs
• Generate content ideas aligned with our audience and mission

Content Production

• Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create hooks, titles and captions
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms
• Maintain a high-volume content publishing schedule

Content Operations

• Own the content pipeline from idea to publication
• Manage content calendars
• Track content production workflows
• Ensure content is delivered on schedule
• Create and document standard operating procedures

AI & Systems

• Identify AI tools that improve content production and efficiency
• Build automations and workflows where appropriate
• Experiment with emerging technologies
• Help create scalable content systems

Growth & Analytics

• Track platform performance
• Identify winning content formats
• Analyse audience behaviour and engagement
• Recommend improvements based on data
• Support newsletter and audience growth initiatives

Working Arrangement

This is an intensive, founder-side role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to live and work alongside the founder for the duration of the project (July–August 2026), with accommodation provided. The goal is simple: to spend two months fully immersed in building Small Giants from the ground up. We're looking for someone excited by the idea of rolling up their sleeves, moving quickly, learning rapidly and helping launch a media company from day one.
