About DG Labs

We’re a done-for-you LinkedIn lead generation service. We work with Founders & CEOs to generate high-ticket leads through content and outreach. Behind the scenes, that takes a lot of coordination — and that’s where you come in.

About the role

This role is about keeping the wheels turning. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling posts, managing folders, chasing tasks, and helping us stay organised. You don’t need to come up with content — but you do need to make sure it goes live on time, looks good, and that everyone stays on track.

You’ll be working across tools like Monday.com, Canva, and Google Drive. You’ll also help prep onboarding materials for new clients and keep internal systems tidy and up to date.

You will be responsible for

  • Ensuring client posts go live on time
  • Proofreading to make sure mistakes don’t slip through
  • Scheduling LinkedIn posts across client accounts
  • Managing Monday.com boards and following up on tasks
  • Creating simple, high-quality graphics in Canva
  • Keeping Google Drive folders organised
  • Prepping folders, systems, and checklists for new client onboarding
  • Streamlining & upgrading systems to improve business efficiency
  • Scheduling team–team and team–client meetings.
  • Prepping and documenting systems & operating procedures
  • Turning basic LinkedIn data into monthly reporting for clients

Requirements

  • Speak & write english fluently
  • 2+ years in an executive assistant role
  • Strong task management
  • Basic graphic design
  • Expense reporting & invoice tracking
  • Approx 15 – 20 hours / week (to start)
