Role Description
Susannah is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support her executive communications work. The main focus of the role is to manage Susannah’s professional calendar and support her on a daily basis, however the position will also contribute to project management and business development initiatives - such as logistical planning for workshops, invoicing, and project management of her website, as well as coordination of publicity, and outreach for speaking engagements. This 100% remote role is ideal for someone who is organized, excels at multitasking and is eager to take on diverse responsibilities that drive
organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
● Manage and provide all scheduling for Susannah’s professional calendar
● Correspond with C-Suite clients and their teams to schedule coaching sessions and
speaking engagements, including coordination of logistics
● Edit presentations and communication for external stakeholders
● Act as a liaison between Susannah and internal/external contacts, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Project Management
● Track coaching clients, workshops and contracts using a project management tool
● Support maintenance of Susannah’s website
● Propose process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes
Business Development
● Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials for client and stakeholder meetings
● Assist in tracking and analyzing business performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role
● Have expertise in scheduling for leadership executives
● Have a proactive approach to project management and business development
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Experience with copy-editing and posting on social platforms
● Have experience with invoicing and project management
● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana) and Google Workspace
● Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality
● Demonstrated analytical and research skills; business acumen is a plus
● Experience in slide design a plus

Hours & Salary
This role is 100% remote but must be able to work in the PST time zone. Hours can be custom to the EA and Susannah's needs, but will range from 10-15 hours/week. Hourly rate ranges from $35-$40 depending on prior experience. Candidates must be able to begin working between February 10–21, 2025.
