We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to expand and elevate the email strategy across all our brands, playing a key role in driving revenue and contributing significantly to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Here are a few of the role responsibilities you’ll have:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution - Improve and manage the email marketing strategy and campaign calendars, aligning efforts with product launches, sales, and brand moments.
- Team Leadership - Oversee and support our Email Marketing Associates and collaborate with the copywriters and Design team to ensure timely, high-impact execution.
- Segmentation & Personalization - Review and suggest improvement in our current segmentation, implement advanced segmentation and real-time personalization strategies to increase engagement, using behavioral data, purchase history, and customer profiles.
- Deliverability & Compliance - Monitor sender reputation and ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other international regulations.
- A/B Testing & Optimization - Lead regular testing of subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Reporting & Insights - Own all reporting and analytics for email KPIs. Identify trends, wins, and opportunities for ongoing optimization.

- Drive consistent growth in customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data-driven strategies
- Establish rigorous testing frameworks to optimize creative, segmentation, and email performance
- Foster a culture of ownership and critical thinking within the email team
- Build a high-performing email operation with you focused on strategic leadership with a team able to clearly and effectively execute
Candidate Qualities
Some must-have qualities we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in email marketing in DTC or eCommerce brands
- Proven success managing large email lists and driving revenue through email
- Experience leading marketing teams in a remote environment
- Deep familiarity with segmentation, automation, lifecycle marketing, and compliance
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms (currently using Simon Mail)
- Knowledge of modern tools and trends in email marketing (e.g., AI personalization, SMS integration, privacy-first strategies)
- Data-driven mindset and ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, low-ego team player with strong references
- Exceptional ability to copychief, review, and refine email copy for high engagement and conversion, beyond just AI tools
Compensation, Availability & Bonuses
- Fully Remote, ideally full-time, but open to fractional.
- Compensation: $8,000–$10,000 monthly, plus potential performance incentives for exceeding revenue targets
- This is a B2B role as a 1099 contractor
- Must be available during most ET business hours
