As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Editorial Producer to help bring our journalism to life across our website, newsletters, and social channels.

The Role

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented editorial generalist who enjoys making great content even better.

You’ll support the editorial team throughout the publishing process — from copyediting and formatting articles to building newsletters, publishing content, sourcing visuals, and helping distribute stories across platforms.

This role sits at the center of our editorial operation, ensuring every story is polished, published, and delivered to the right audience.

Responsibilities

• Copyedit and proofread articles, newsletters, reports, and other editorial content.
• Build and format stories in the CMS.
• Produce and send newsletters in Mailchimp.
• Source images, graphics, and supporting assets for publication.
• Publish and schedule content across the website and social platforms.
• Repurpose editorial into LinkedIn posts, email copy, and other distribution formats.
• Help maintain the editorial calendar and publishing workflow.
• Ensure every piece of content meets Fitt Insider’s editorial standards for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Support editorial operations across both Fitt Insider and Femtech Insider.

Qualifications

• Experience in editorial, publishing, journalism, or content production.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong copyediting and proofreading skills.
• Experience working in a CMS and email platform (Mailchimp or similar).
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital publishing, newsletters, and social media workflows.
• Curiosity about health, wellness, healthcare, and the future of the industry.
