After almost two years of building The Paige solo, I'm looking for the right person to join me as an editorial partner. Someone with strong editorial instinct and an eye for the ideas, conversations and stories worth sharing. Someone who believes there's still a place for thoughtful, inspiring media in a noisy world.

This is an equity-based partnership for someone passionate about independent media and helping shape the future of The Paige. I'm not looking for the perfect CV built at the world's biggest publications - I'm looking for curiosity, initiative, and a real desire to create something meaningful.
