Here's a post you don't see every day at the moment: I'm on the lookout for some new freelancers to add to our bench here at Breathe.
Something you DO see all the time on here is "We're doing lots of exciting things at [insert company name]" β but you're going to have to trust me when I say we genuinely are. And we want to make sure we have the right mix of expertise on board for the ride.
I'd love to hear from UK-based people in two main areas:
β¨ Editorial freelancers: Iβm especially interested in writers and editors with a deep understanding of HR tech and building people-first cultures in small-to-medium-sized businesses. Bonus points if you've got experience writing about more niche topics like L&D and rota and scheduling, or you're a dab hand when it comes to talking about people strategy in industries such as construction, care, hospitality and/or retail.
π₯ Design freelancers: Iβm also keen to hear from talented videographers and motion/animation specialists. Weβre investing more in visual storytelling, so if youβve got a knack for bringing complex ideas to life at pace in engaging, thumb-stopping ways, letβs talk.
