Are you passionate about turning complex policy analysis into clear, engaging and impactful content?
The European Policy Centre (EPC) is looking for an experienced Editor to lead the planning, editing and production of the think tank’s publications and digital content. Working as part of our Communications and Events team, you’ll help ensure that EPC research reaches policymakers, media and stakeholders with clarity, accuracy and impact.
The role includes:
🔴 Managing the editorial pipeline for EPC’s online and print publications
🔴 Editing, proofreading and coordinating high-quality policy publications, newsletters and event communications
🔴 Leading the production of the Brussels Economic Security Review
🔴 Driving editorial excellence, including the use of AI to enhance publication workflows and standards
🔴 Supporting the implementation of the EPC’s wider communications strategy
We’re looking for an experienced editor with outstanding English-language skills, strong knowledge of EU policy, excellent organisational abilities, and experience using AI to support editorial work. Experience in a think tank or policy environment is highly desirable.

The Editor will be part of the Communications and Events team and report directly to the Associate Director for Strategic Communication.
