About Us:

BC Productions is a fast-growing YouTube channel with over 190,000 subscribers, known for cinematic, story-driven documentaries that explore everything from brand empires to underground schemes, interesting people, and more. My videos are researched, honest, and, at the end of the day, made for people who want to be entertained while learning something new. I'm on the hunt for a scriptwriter who can bring curiosity, clarity, and narrative punch to every script.

What You’ll Do:

• Write 15–20 minute documentary-style YouTube scripts (approx. 2,800–3,700 words) based on research provided by me.
• Create compelling hooks that immediately deliver on the promise of the video title and thumbnail.
• Craft engaging, easy-to-follow stories that include characters, emotion, tension, and clear arcs.
• Use storytelling tools like unanswered questions, cliffhangers, payoffs, and foreshadowing to retain viewers.
• Break down complex information into simple, conversational writing.
• Collaborate directly with me for feedback and revisions.
• Fact-check everything—accuracy and credibility are non-negotiable.
• Occasionally write brand integrations.
• Stay current with YouTube trends that perform well in the documentary space.

What I'm Looking For:

• Native English speaker with exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
• Previous experience writing research-based YouTube scripts.
• Strong understanding of YouTube content, pacing, and viewer psychology.
• Passion for storytelling, documentaries, and social media.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and improving drafts quickly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines reliably.
• Interest in offbeat, edgy, or underreported topics.
