The Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. You will be the first dedicated marketing hire, responsible for shaping Coinley’s digital voice and building our marketing presence from scratch.

There are no pre-set templates or corporate playbooks, just a blank canvas and the support of a passionate product and leadership team. You will take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts and start driving visible results within your first few months.

What You Will Do

• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, and video.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) focused on lead generation, merchant acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Create and edit engaging short-form video content using mobile tools such as CapCut or InShot (Reels, TikToks, product demos, customer stories).
• Produce high-quality marketing content (blogs, newsletters, landing pages, social posts) that builds trust and authority.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards) to measure results, generate insights, and guide improvements.
• Manage campaign calendars, reporting dashboards, and continuous optimisation loops.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure marketing aligns with real merchant feedback.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to refine our messaging and spot growth opportunities.
• Take full ownership of strategy, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting for our digital marketing activities.

Who You Are

• You have 2– 4 years of experience in digital marketing (agency, freelance, or in-house).
• You know how to run paid ads and understand what makes them convert (Google Ads and Meta Ads are essential).
• You are comfortable creating and editing videos that capture attention and communicate value.
• You understand digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, LTV) and can turn numbers into action.
• You are self-driven, creative, and unafraid of a startup environment where initiative is valued more than instruction.
• You love experimenting, learning fast, and producing work that moves the needle.
